2016 Gazette

2016 Was a good Year for the Regiment. The highlight was the QUeen's Birthday Parade when the 1st Battalion and Number7 Company provided four of the six Guards on parade, with Number 7 Company providing the Escort. HM The Queen remarked afterwards that it was a great credit to the Regiment to be able to turn out four Guards of such quality. In amongst this, Guardsman have continued to be exceptionally busy at home and abroad. The Battalion has deployed a comapny to Belize and currently has a company in the Falkland Islands. Individuals have served and are currently serving on countless training missions around the world.
